The right nutrition is necessary for the brain. With it the process of building new cells and blood flow is enabled. What does the brain require? In great part fatty acids are essential, but only the natural ones which derive from vegetables.

Iron – ensures the consistency of the blood and the necessary level of hemoglobin in it. Products containing iron: beans, cabbages, sour cherries, green vegetables, spinach, mustard (sinapis hirta), peas, pineapple, tomatoes and rice.

Magnesium – the main function is the regulation of the nervous system. It acts against: insomnia, restlessness, headache and anxiety. Products containing magnesium are: mint, olives, peanuts, pumpkins, plums and walnuts.

The oxygen is the most important for the brain. Any time you can use it to relax and taka a long walk in parks or be physically active don`t hesitate, just go for it. In healthy body resides healthy mind.
